Es Doctora en Economía por la UBA, Magíster en Economía por la Universidad de San Andrés, Licenciada en Economía por la Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) y realizó un pos Doctorado en la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras de la UBA, área geografía. Se especializó en temas ambientales, con foco en residuos sólidos urbanos, a la vez que ha realizado estudios en las áreas de cambio climático, economía ambiental, economía ecológica y educación ambiental. Es docente en la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas (UBA). Es Investigadora Independiente del Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas (CONICET), con sede en el Instituto de Investigaciones Políticas (IIP), de la Escuela de Política y Gobierno (EPyG), de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín (UNSAM). Es miembro del Área de Ambiente y Política (AAP, EPyG, UNSAM) y del Consejo Directivo de la Red de Investigación y Acción sobre Residuos (RIAR).

She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of San Andrés, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), and a post-doctoral degree in Geography from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). She specialized in environmental issues, focusing on urban solid waste, and has also conducted studies in the areas of climate change, environmental economics, ecological economics, and environmental education. She teaches at the Faculty of Economic Sciences (UBA). She is an Independent Researcher for the National Council for Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET), based at the Institute of Political Research (IIP), and at the School of Politics and Government (EPyG) at the National University of San Martín (UNSAM). She is a member of the Environment and Policy Area (AAP, EPyG, UNSAM) and the Board of Directors of the Research-Action Network on Waste (RIAR).
